There is plenty to see: houses, architecture, pixel art, pride flags, media and technology references, and various forms of art scattered throughout. The underground mall near spawn is one of the things I originally built, but it has since been expanded upon by other players and connected to an underground subway system which spans the entire world.
Across the server there are a lot of dated messages hidden inside blocks associated with most builds from the one who built it. They will appear when you hover over the block - typically it's a gold block, bookshelf or a small wooden pole.

For the past 4+ years I have been running a Luanti server by the name of Voxelmanip Classic. It is a Minecraft Classic-style creative freebuild server with a 512x512 world and about 90 blocks to your disposal.
Besides keeping the server itself running, I haven't really done anything with it for years. It's essentially anarchy now, and despite the only protection being a maths question which has been cracked by AI for years now, it still somehow stands the test of time as players come and go.
I recorded a video of me returning to my own server and exploring it... ended up being almost one hour long!

I've had this in PDF for ages … long enough that I've got it, iirc, in, at least, pf1e, pf2e ogl, and pf2e remastered/orc. I think this is the most recent version in a box, though it doesn't say "remastered" on it. Doesn't really matter, as I can refer to the digital bits if needs must.
